Privacy Policy

PartSight is a product of X-PRO LLC ("X-PRO," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through partsight.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run early access — we do not sell personal information, and we do not show ads.

01Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Waitlist form: first and last name, work email, company (optional), and profession.
• Personalized demo form: the same details, plus the drawing file you upload (PDF, PNG, or JPG).

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.

02Uploaded drawings

A drawing you upload through the personalized demo form is used for one purpose only: to prepare the personalized PartSight review you requested.

• We do not publish, resell, or share your drawing with third parties.
• We do not use your drawing to train machine-learning models without your separate, explicit agreement.
• Drawings are deleted within 30 days of completing your demo, unless you ask us to keep them as part of a continuing conversation.

03How we use information

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your demo, briefing, or contact request;
• prepare and deliver your personalized drawing review;
• manage the early-access waitlist and notify you when access opens;
• understand which roles and industries are interested in PartSight, so we can prioritize what to build;
• protect the site and our users (security, abuse prevention, legal compliance).

We contact you about PartSight early access and your requests — not with unrelated marketing. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

04When we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting and form-processing services), bound to use it only on our behalf;
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security;
• A successor entity if X-PRO LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

05Data retention

Waitlist and contact details are kept while the early-access program is active or until you ask us to delete them. Uploaded drawings follow the 30-day deletion described in section 02. Technical logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security practice.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is one more reason not to submit sensitive or controlled data through this site.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• access a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it, including any uploaded drawing;
• remove you from the waitlist or stop contacting you.

To make a request, use the contact form on partsight.ai and note "privacy request" in your message. We will verify and respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor applicable rights requests regardless of state.

08Controlled data

partsight.ai is a public, commercial website. It is not authorized for export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) technical data, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or data restricted by contract. Do not upload or submit such data through any form on this site. If your drawings are controlled, submit the contact form without attaching a drawing and we will discuss a review arrangement inside your own environment.

If we become aware that controlled data was submitted, we will delete it and may contact you regarding the incident.

09Children

This site is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PartSight develops. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we handle uploaded drawings will be highlighted on this page.
