These terms govern your use of partsight.ai (the "Site"), operated by X-PRO LLC ("X-PRO," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf as well.

01Early-access / concept stage

PartSight is in active development. The Site describes a concept-stage product; demonstrations, previews, and personalized reviews are provided for evaluation only. Features described on the Site may change, and no compliance certifications are claimed — deployment posture is established per program requirements. Nothing on the Site is an offer of a finished product or a commitment to a delivery date.

02Outputs are drafts, not engineering advice

Every PartSight output — findings, gap analyses, readiness scores, cleaned scans, answers about a drawing, and any personalized demo review — is an AI-generated draft intended for review and approval by a qualified engineer. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.

AI drafts. Engineers approve. You are responsible for having a qualified engineer verify any output before it is used for quoting, inspection, manufacture, procurement, or any other engineering decision. PartSight outputs are not professional engineering services, certifications, or advice.

04Controlled and export-restricted data

The Site is a public, commercial website and is not authorized for export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) technical data, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or data restricted by contract or nondisclosure obligation.

By uploading a drawing or submitting any technical data through the Site, you represent and warrant that the material is not export-controlled, not CUI, not classified, and not subject to restrictions that prohibit its submission. If your data is controlled, submit the contact form without attaching a drawing and we will discuss a review arrangement inside your own environment.

You are solely responsible for compliance with U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), with respect to anything you submit.

05Your submissions

You keep ownership of the drawings and information you submit. You grant X-PRO a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submission solely to prepare and deliver the review or response you requested, and for security and legal-compliance purposes. Handling and deletion of uploaded drawings are described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the material.

06Our intellectual property

The Site, the PartSight name and logo, and all content, software, and materials we provide are the property of X-PRO LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted. Personalized demo reviews are provided for your internal evaluation of PartSight.

07Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about PartSight, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation. This does not apply to the drawings or technical data you submit, which are handled under section 05.

08Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE, THE DEMONSTRATIONS, AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. X-PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE OR CORRECT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

09Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X-PRO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR MANUFACTURING OR PROCUREMENT DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X-PRO LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms — including any submission of controlled, restricted, or infringing data in violation of sections 04 and 05.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PartSight develops. The current version will always be posted here with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
